Human Rights and the Future
The articles pursues two goals: first, to offer a critical assessment and a fundamental re-evaluation of the ideological fundament, current up to now, of the idea of human rights as natural rights; second, to clarify the presuppositions needed for a new founding of the idea of universal and inalienable human rights upon a more certain theoretical ground.
